Our Services
Corporate Events
India is one of the unique markets which does not only prefer a cruise holiday for Vacation Travel, but is also becoming very popular with groups i.e. MICE, Wedding, Spiritual. The main reason for the growth in MICE Numbers on a Cruise is the ease of handling groups logistically onboard cruises and the value for money vis a vis land, as cruise is an all inclusive destination. Most of the MICE groups, combine Work and Leisure activities on the ship. Since, everything is available on the ship, from Meeting venues and Award ceremonies in our Theatre, to the Leisure activities in the various lounges, pool decks and bars on the ship. The ease of having everything at one place, enhances not only the attendance in terms of the meetings onboard, but gives travelers the flexibility to do whatever they choose to do in the evening. Lotus has executed several corporate events onboard from corporates from the Insurance sector, Cement, Banking, Paints, Pharma and more.
Weddings
While cruise holidays are part of the bucket list of many Indian travellers, Indian wedding planners and couples have discovered that weddings onboard a cruise can be one of the most hassle free, unique and cost effective options. Keeping in line with the trend, in 2017, Lotus implemented the largest ever wedding at sea of Sana Adel, whereby Costa Fascinosa, a 3,800 guest capacity, was chartered exclusively for four nights in the Mediterranean seas. The main aim is to provide an all-inclusive wedding package of accommodation, entertainment activities to keep guests and kids engaged, multiple venue options that can even accommodate 1000 guests and unlimited beverage packages. So the keen interest in Indians wanting to have cruise weddings would be a combination of providing luxury at great value and also hassle free planning.
Solo Travellers
The trend of solo cruise travel has picked up more than ever before. One of the biggest advantages to traveling solo on a cruise is having the flexibility to plan your vacation based on your own needs with the ability also to be a more spontaneous. If you feel like getting up in the morning to explore a port, or maybe you just want to take it easy and laze by the pool on the ship, it’s totally up to you. A cruise atmosphere is full of camaraderie, because everyone is on the same boat for a specified time. Meet our solo cruiser Savita Vig, whose taken over 85 cruises and is still rearing to go on her next cruise.
Honeymooners
After planning a wedding, sometimes the only thing you want on the itinerary for your honeymoon is plenty of rest and relaxation. Begin your mornings with a breath-taking view of the sea from the comfort of your room with breakfast in bed. Followed by basking in the sun at the solarium. You could even play a few games to engage yourself at the multipurpose sports pitch. After having a scrumptious lunch at the restaurant, you could take a dip in the pool and then head for a couple’s massage at the cruise’s spa room. A romantic candlelight dinner with some soft music and a couple dance that would be organized by the cruise would be the perfect way to end your day. What better way to spend a romantic holiday, then being on a cruise. Lotus has had plenty of honeymooners, choose a cruise from itineraries across the globe, whether in Europe, Dubai, Far East, Bahamas and many others. All the planning is taken care of for you by the cruise line, which means you can focus your energy on disconnecting from reality and connecting with your special someone.
Families
They say that families that cruise together, stay together, well we made that up. But we truly think cruise holidays are the best kind of family holidays. If traveling with your children can feel like a daunting task, wondering what activities to plan for them, how to immerse them in new cultures, then we are here to tell you that there is a much easier and stress-free way to dip your toes into an enjoyable international travel experience with kids. Choose a cruise.
Cruises provide lots of entertainment for kids as well as adults and provide opportunities for parents to have an actual break. Many cruise liners, offer Kids cruise free policy and have a Kids Club, where Parents are able to drop off their kids for an educational and engaging experience with qualified staff members.
Other than that, even if grandparents or other adults are part of the holiday, one of the best aspects of cruising is the large variety of offerings for multiple generations. Cruises have something for everyone from the youngest to oldest passenger. It’s a guaranteed good time and the perfect opportunity for kids to bond with their grandparents.
Seniors
Cruises offer advantages for travelers of all ages, but for seniors, the conveniences may be especially important. Of course, for everyone, there are the benefits of being able to visit many destinations without packing and unpacking, arranging flights, transfers, checking in and out of hotels, finding restaurants, and booking tickets for sights. For seniors with limited mobility, those cruise features just might mean the difference between taking a wonderful trip or staying home. We should point out here that generalizing about individuals of any age, especially seniors, just doesn’t work. Physically, many are as active and capable as 25 year-olds, while others may have limitations that prevent long walks or managing heavy luggage. Some are curious and want to see every detail on an itinerary; others are content to relax and watch the scenery go by. Many are entertained by learning new things or hearing from expert lecturers, while others enjoy music, dance, or theater. Limited budgets are not unusual among seniors with fixed incomes, while others can afford to choose more luxurious options. There are cruises that meet every need.
Charters
Lotus has helped implement several successful charters from spiritual groups in Europe, to weddings and half charters for corporate groups. If a large size special interest group is looking to organize an exclusive event, such as top-class incentives, your company anniversary, a large wedding, spiritual groups or any event where you need an exclusive space for many guests, a cruise offers the best location. Groups looking to charter can do a full charter or a half charter, depending on the size of the group. Usually average cruise ship sizes range between 3000 to 5000 guests. We truly believe that a ship is the best choice for any event. It allows you and your guests to experience new destinations every day – without transfers and packing – and takes your guests to the most beautiful places, beaches, and coves in the world. A ship is far more flexible than a venue on land. From conferences with spectacular scenarios to truly varied incentive programs and exquisite company anniversaries – everything is possible on board your exclusively chartered ship. You have a vision? We make it happen.
Kids On Board
If you're a family trying to plan a holiday, you may be wondering if a cruise is a kid-friendly option. We argue that especially with slightly grown up kids, cruises offer one of the best vacations for Kids, they promise low-stress and big fun and provide a balance between family togetherness, kids-only time and adult-only time. One of the best things about cruising with children is the onboard kids' clubs. They have fun programming and tricked-out facilities, and allow your kids to have age-appropriate fun and meet other little travelers, while parents can do grown-up things like go out on excursion, enjoy broadway style shows, or just laze by the pool.
